Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Sungarden Tea. We are committed to providing prompt and reliable shipping services to our foodservice customers within the United States. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy below.

Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

    • Order Processing Days: Mondays and Thursdays (excluding holidays)

    • Order Shipment Days: Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request for an additional charge

    • Availability subject to what time of day the order is placed, anything after 12pm is not guaranteed to be processed 

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping is available for orders over $100.

  • Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on dimensions and weight of product ordered as well as shipping option selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Certain bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us so we can assist in locating or reshipping your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products – If your order arrives damaged or contains defective products, please provide clear photos of the items and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items Received – If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can arrange for the correct product to be sent.

  • Missing Items – If part of your order is missing, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Items not purchased directly from Sungarden Tea

  • Products reported beyond the 7-day notification period

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@sungardentea.com.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

  3. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

  4. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to being “fulfilled”, as indicated within your account, under order status; and provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
